Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract – Natural, powerful and refined
100% natural, without artificial flavoring or synthetic vanillin. Produced using an artisanal process: whole pods macerated for a long time in food-grade alcohol to extract all the aromatic richness of Bourbon vanilla ( woody , floral and slightly cocoa notes).

Slow maceration of selected whole pods to obtain a complex and balanced profile : length in the mouth, floral roundness, woody and cocoa touches. Fluid texture, amber color.

▶ Directions for use & dosage
- Pastry: 1 to 2 tsp for 500g of preparation
- Beverages: 1/4 to 1/2 tsp per cup (adjust to taste)
- Ice creams/desserts: 1 to 2 teaspoons per liter
- Salty: a few drops at the end of cooking to preserve the aromas
Tip: Shake the bottle before use to homogenize the aromatic compounds.
