Grown on the east coast of Madagascar and prepared by hand , our Bourbon (Planifolia) offers a warm, floral and cocoa profile. Soft and shiny pods, naturally rich in vanillin.
▶ Choose your format
Tube (3, 10 pods) = refined & protective; sachets (12, 20 pods) = regular use; caviar/powder/extract = practical & fine dosage.
- Whole pods : long infusion (creams, ice creams, desserts).
- Caviar : ready-to-use seeds, premium visual.
- Powder : Disperses in pastes & appliances.
- Natural extract : a few drops are enough.
▶ Uses & dosages
- Pastry : 2–4 cloves/L; caviar 1–2 tsp/L; extract 1–2 tsp/L.
- Beverages : 1–2 pods/L or 1/2 tsp extract per cup.
- Arranged rum : 3–5 pods/L depending on sugar & alcohol.
- Salty : small touches in fish/poultry sauces, purees, vanilla butters.

▶ Conservation
Store away from air, light and heat, in an airtight container . To preserve suppleness and intensity, you can add a little white rum (optional).
