Bourbon vanilla (Planifoliavariety) grown and cured by our family in the SAVA region of north-east Madagascar. Family know-how and full traceability guarantee consistent quality at a fair price, because we are the growers. Each bean is chosen for its suppleness, its sheen and its aromatic richness.

Tasting & uses

Deep fragrance, high vanillin content, warm, floral, slightly cocoa-tinged notes.

  • Baking (creams, ice creams, entremets): 2-4 beans per litre
  • Drinks and infusions: 1-2 beans per litre
  • Spiced rum (rhum arrangé): 3-5 beans per litre
  • Delicate savoury cooking
