Earthy flavor, warm and peppery notes, bright yellow hue. Ideal for curries, stews, roasted vegetables, fragrant rice, marinades, sauces, soups and golden lattes .

The spice jar makes it easier to measure out the ingredients at the last minute (finishing at the table/worktop).

  • Curries / stews: 1–2 tsp for 4 people (bloom for 30–60 seconds in fat).
  • Roasted vegetables: 1 tsp + oil, salt, pepper.
