Frequently added together
What it is
This salt brings together the fine crystals of Camargue salt and a blend of whole wild pepper, white pepper and pink peppercorns. The wild pepper brings woody, slightly citrus notes, the white pepper a subtle warmth and roundness, the pink peppercorns a floral sweetness.
Origin
The salt comes from Camargue, in the south of France, harvested by hand. The wild pepper, white pepper and pink peppercorns come from our own land: our family grows them and harvests them at maturity in Vangaindrano, in the south-east of Madagascar, then sorts them by hand. Two terroirs, one pairing.
In the kitchen
- Grilled or slow-cooked meats.
- Fish and shellfish.
- Roasted vegetables.
- Sauces and salads.
Storage
Dry, away from heat and light, jar well closed.

Our commitments

Two terroirs, one alliance
The salt comes from the Camargue, in the south of France. The spice comes from us: our family grows it in Vangaindrano, in southeastern Madagascar, or in the SAVA region for vanilla. Nothing else in between.

Nothing else in the jar
Camargue salt and whole or ground spice, with no additives or preservatives. The 60 g airtight glass jar protects the aroma.

From Madagascar, from us, no middleman
Our spices and our vanilla leave Madagascar weighed and numbered. From France, your order ships within 48 hours, tracked. Direct grower pricing.
