Delivery and payment, country by country
We ship from our workshop in Bessan, in the south of France, and, for bulk vanilla by the kilo bound for Asia, from our stock in Guangzhou. For each country you will find the real shipping rates, the usual delivery time, the customs regime and the payment methods available where you are.
Four regimes, depending on your country
- European Union, Monaco and the French overseas territories: the price shown includes all taxes, French VAT included. No customs formalities.
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Canada: home delivery charged by weight, the rate shown in your basket. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are paid on receipt.
- Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines: we ship bulk vanilla by the kilo there from our stock in Guangzhou. SF Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout, by weight. Import duties and taxes are paid on receipt.
- Mainland China: bulk vanilla by the kilo from our stock in Guangzhou, domestic delivery included in the price, 2 to 4 working days, no customs clearance on your side.
- Australia, United Arab Emirates and the rest of the world: bulk vanilla by the kilo shipped from France, delivery included in the price. Import duties and taxes are paid on receipt.
Free delivery, from what order value
In Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany, delivery is free from €49 at a pick-up point and from €89 to your door; below those amounts, allow €5.90 at a pick-up point and €11.90 to your door. Monaco follows the same thresholds. In Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and most other European Union countries, delivery is free from €59 at a pick-up point and from €99 to your door; in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Malta and Romania, where we deliver to the door only, from €119. In mainland France, pick-up point delivery is free from €30. For Switzerland, home delivery is free from €100, import duties and taxes remaining payable on receipt; for Norway, from €120, on the same terms.

Do you deliver to Luxembourg?
Yes. We ship to Luxembourg from our workshop in Bessan, in the Hérault, to a pick-up point as well as to your door. Shipping costs €5.90 at a pick-up point and €11.90 to your door, free from €49 at a pick-up point and from €89 to your door. Allow 2 to 5 working days for preparation, then 3 to 6 working days for transport. The price shown includes French VAT: no customs duty, nothing to pay on receipt. Do you deliver to Belgium and Switzerland?
Yes. Belgium follows the same terms as Luxembourg: €5.90 at a pick-up point, €11.90 to your door, free from €49 and from €89, French VAT included and no customs.
