▶Uses & precautions
- Diffusion : 3-6 drops in a suitable diffuser (20-30 min).
- Cutaneous application (EO) : always diluted (1-3% in vegetable oil, e.g. coconut) · prior test recommended.
- Homemade cosmetics : balms, hair oils, scrubs (coconut base recommended).
- Natural maintenance : a few drops (EO) in homemade household solutions.
Precautions:Do not ingest essential oils; keep out of reach of children; Avoid in pregnant/breastfeeding women and sensitive individuals; seek professional advice if necessary.
